Prestige Group is a real estate company in South India. In the past ten years, the company has become one of India's top real estate developers, leaving a significant impact in various sectors. CMD Irfan Razack founded the company in 1986. It is now led by his brothers, Rezwan Razack and Noaman Razack.

The company has grown into various services with capable leaders over time. The firm provides many different services in South India. From interior design by Morph Design Company (MDC) to best men's formal wear with Prestige Fashions (P) Ltd. Prestige Group is the sole developer in South India with a wide range of projects. It deals in residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and hospitality segments.

The Group has launched 288 projects in India, covering 172 million sq. ft. It is currently working on 56 projects that are ongoing, covering 86 million sq. ft. Also, it is preparing for 43 projects covering 85 million sq. ft. It owns more than 728 acres of land as of September 2023. The company has received a CRISIL DA1+ rating from CRISIL and an ICRA A+ credit rating.

Since September, 2023, the company saw an 81% increase in revenue compared to the previous years. The total turnover of the company was Rs 16,333 Cr. During this time, it sold 16.13 million sq. ft. of residential properties, which included apartments and villas.
